Plans
Limits are per workspace. There are no per-seat fees on Pro.
Enterprise unlocks SSO/SAML — both OIDC and SAML — and allows the widget’s
data-hide-branding option (surfaced as hide_branding_allowed in the widget config).Upgrade, change, or cancel
1
Open billing settings
As a workspace owner, go to Workspace → Billing. Your current plan, limits, and usage are shown at the top.
2
Upgrade or change plan
Click Upgrade to start Stripe Checkout, or Manage subscription to change plan or billing interval (monthly/yearly).
3
Cancel or reactivate
Cancel schedules the downgrade for the end of the current billing period; until then you can Reactivate to undo it.
Invoices & payment methods
Download invoices and add or remove cards under Workspace → Billing, or click Open billing portal for Stripe’s hosted UI — it covers the same tasks.Usage metering
BeforeQuery meters answer outcomes per workspace — most importantly resolved conversations (the assistant answered and the user didn’t escalate) and deflected tickets (a helpdesk ticket closed by an automated answer, see Helpdesk Copilot & Deflection). Check both under Workspace → Usage: outcome counts with daily series, plus your usage against plan limits. Use these numbers to track ROI and to anticipate plan changes before you hit a limit.FAQ
